What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), what you need (optional) and your message. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
The footer shows a small widget from Tree-Nation, the organisation that plants trees to offset this website’s carbon footprint. Loading it connects your browser to Tree-Nation’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address and browser details. See Tree-Nation’s privacy policy.
The Blueprints articles remember, in your browser tab only (session storage), which articles you have opened, so the index can show your progress. This information never leaves your device and disappears when you close the tab.
Why we use it
To read and answer your enquiry, and to prepare a possible collaboration at your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who handles it
- Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the form's server function.
- Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider, where the message is stored in our mailbox.
Some of these providers are based in or process data in the United States. They rely on recognised safeguards for such transfers. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't lead to a project for up to 12 months, then delete them. If we work together, project records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, or object to it, by emailing hello@methean.pro. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
